Two months after finishing the shampoo, I finally finished the matching L’Oreal Elvive Smooth Intense Anti-Frizz conditioner. Gorgeous conditioner, it left my hair super soft and frizz free. I would definitely repurchase.
I’ve been using the Lentheric I Love Vanilla since I was about sixteen, I always received so many compliments when I wore it because it was like a mix of vanilla/cupcakes/sugar without being overly sweet. Unfortunately this product isn’t easily available in Australia so I don’t think that I’ll be repurchasing it anytime soon.
I love my Dove soap and this was the first time trying their deodorant. I absolutely LOVE the can and the cause, but the product itself was a bit average. It did what it was meant to do but I somehow prefer the Rexona and Garnier deodorants.
I actually managed to finish a Maybelline Babylips without losing it! This one was the berry flavour, it did a brilliant job of moisturizing and I liked the color too. I’ve already repurchased it but in different flavours.
I received a sample size of the Neutrogena Hydra Boost, not sure if it’s just me but this product actually dried my skin out instead of moisturizing it. I definitely wouldn’t repurchase, I’m actually disappointed because I normally love Neurogena products.
The Covergirl Lashblast waterproof mascara is certainly worth the hype, I loved the huge lashes that it gave me. I’ve already repurchased this, but not in the waterproof version because I found it impossible this one.
I also got through my Braun Silk Epil wipes, these came with my Braun epilator. The epilator itself is awesome but the wipes didn’t do much to be honest.
I had to chuck out the three products above because they’re around seven years old. In particular, the Revlon molten metal liquid eyeshadow was gorgeous! It’s such a shame that they discontinued such a great product.
What products have you emptied this month? x
I’ve got so many Empties waiting to be blogged, so I really need to get around to it. I know what you mean about trashing products, I find it so hard to throw anything out, too! 🙂
Di from Max The Unicorn
It’s so satisfying getting through products and then posting about them! Looking forward to reading your post x
So many empties! Good job! I love the sound of that spray, it’s such a shame it’s not readily available in Aus! A shame about that Neutrogena product as well, I have the eye roll-on and it’s amazing! I guess the range isn’t for everyone, though! xx
Sweetaholic Beauty
The entire Lentheric range is gorgeous, a lot better than the Impulse sprays here in my opinion! I’ve read so many great things about the Neutrogena range, guess this one isn’t for me. I do love their face washes and face scrubs though 🙂
I’m not sure I chuck any of my products because they’re too old. Obviously, I have to change that.
I find it really hard too, but the lotion started smelling a bit funky!
I’m with you on the Neutrogena moisturiser.
I have a few empties this month but have lost track of most of them – Shiseido Tsubaki shampoo, The Face Shop rice water makeup remover, NYX anti dullness primer and a nude Bourjois liquid to cream lipstick whose name I forget – that’s all that comes to mind. No repurchases!
I’m getting better at using things before they get too old but I had a Nivea lipstick from circa 2003 that had been worn once, gone rancid and the rubberised packaging was turning sticky. Clearly a sign to piff it!
You’ve got through some really interesting products, I’ve seen the face shop around but have never tried any of their products. The NYX primer has been on my radar but probably won’t be purchasing it now.
I try not to open too many skincare products at one go to avoid that problem but with products like makeup and lippies it’s a bit hard to avoid!
Thanks for reading 🙂
Good on you for getting rid of old cosmetics! Love that Hydroboost – sorry to hear it’s not quite for you.
I still have a fair bit of old stuff in my collection but baby steps 🙂 The scent of the Hydraboost is gorgeous, would have loved for it to work for me x
Found your blog from the Link-up & I am so impressed with your ability to empty products, especially the chapstick 🙂 I am forever losing mine. The only product I seem to consistently empty is, dry shampoo! I love the smell of Dove’s & Herbal essences
I kept this one in my handbag and surprisingly it stayed there for a year! Thanks for stopping by, will definitely be checking out your blog 🙂
I hate it when you’ve been using a great product and loving it only to discover it’s discontinued when you try and repurchase it! If only cosmetic companies posted large ads about products they were about to discontinue! They’d probably get a good rush of sales to devoted users!
I agree! Or when they go and change the formula and suddenly the product isn’t as good anymore.
I do see these discontinued products floating around on ebay sometimes but would never buy because there’s no telling how old they are.
feel you on the babylips. I’ve already lost 3! Really wish we had covergirl in SA
They’re so easy to lose! Covergirl is really good, I’m sure Clicks or Foschini will start stocking it soon 🙂
How satisfying! I recently used up my Colgate Sensitive Pro Relief mouthwash a few months back as well which was in my empties! Loved it! 🙂 Great job! x
Nice post honey. I’ve got so many Empties waiting to be blogged but I’m very lazy to write a post like this, but I love read such post. Nice blog !

I love collecting my empty products, I find it a lot easier to review them once I’ve used it for a long period of time 🙂 I’m also lazy though so I usually do my empties post once every two months. Thanks for reading and for the follow! x
I will love to do a empties post. Babylips are my favorite too and I own quite a few .Loved reading this post
